To process customer home financing requests and keep customers informed, customers must provide their names, e-mail and street addresses, telephone numbers, income and other financial data. All of this information is stored in a secure manner and is not accessible through the Internet.

MortgageRate.net is a Internet service that allows its customers to research interest rates and mortgage vehicles for home financing. MortgageRate.net presents the customer with various mortgage options through our network of licensed mortgage brokers.

• We respect your privacy and value your trust in us. We will do everything in our power to earn your confidence so that you can enthusiastically use our services and recommend us to friends and family.
• We do not collect the names or addresses of visitors to the Mortgage Rate.net web site.
• We do not sell, rent or barter mailing lists of MortgageRate.net customers.
